Cautions of UV printer

1.It is better to keep some cleaning liquid in stock in case the machine needs cleaning.
2.If you use white UV ink, shake it on alternate days and check before printing.
3.Press ink button and check printing every time when printing has been stopped for more than one hour.
4.Room temperature may influence printing quality.
5.Surroundings are suggested to be controlled between 20-30℃, humidity 40%-70%.
6.RIP software is necessary for printing white color, and its inner ICC is very good for all colors.

1. UV F latbed Printer Can print white color,for there have white uv ink,but if you use eco solvent ink with flatbed printer,there are no white ink,so flatbed printer can't print white color(except when we use textile ink and print on textile,for there have white textile ink).
2. UV Flatbed Printer can print on any materials directly without coating,no need pretreatment,but for flatbed printer,we need spray coating before printing for almost materials,or the image will be removed very easy by scratch.
3. UV Flatbed Printer can print out image with Embossed Effect,but flatbed printer can't.
4. After Printing,uv ink dry immediately.

Q1.What will influence the print's performance?
1.Media types:Media of different brands and materials will receive obvious different performance.
2.Definition of original pictures:The higher of its definition is, the better the print's quality will be.
3.Resolution rate of the printer:If the printer's resolution rate is low, the print's quality won't be satisfied even the original picture's definition is high. Also, the resolution while printing will influence the print's quality.
4.The same picture will get different color saturation while using different software.
5.As the printer manufacturers adopt different technologies, the print's quality will vary according to printers.

Q2.Which is better, dye ink or pigment ink?
That depends on what effect you want to receive. For pigment ink, it is waterproof and high lightfast. Therefore, it is a better choice if the output needs to be kept for a long time. For dye inks, its color gamut is wider. Therefore, it is a better choice if you only need to get a vivid image. Furthermore, the price of dye ink is far less than that of pigment ink.

Q3.How long is the shelf life of your ink?
Shelf life will vary depending on your storage conditions. Normally, twelve months from the date produced. Once opened, six months in winter and three months in summer at most.
